Joao Benedito and his family  earn their livelihood from coffee production on their farm, which they acquired in 2019. Situated at an excellent altitude for specialty coffee cultivation, their four-year-old coffee plantation is entering its third year of high production and quality. They have chosen to cultivate the Catuaí 144 variety, renowned for its exceptional beverage quality. The farm shows promising potential in specialty coffee production due to the meticulous care and techniques they apply in cultivation. By combining favorable climate, rich soil conditions, and best practices, they ensure high-quality production. This collaborative spirit fosters a sense of camaraderie, contributing to the overall improvement of coffee quality in the region.
